The gang, also known as Eastside Black Bandit Crips (ESBBC), would be a new generation gang, picking up the remains of what was once E/S Outlaw Crips. Their turf is located in the Vespucci Canals and stretches throughout Invention Ct, and Bay City Ave. The E/S Blacc Bandit Crips are a predominantly African American gang located on the Eastside of Vespucci Beach.
